Two things, two jobs
Join code plus the child’s PIN go home on a slip so a parent can link. Play code plus PIN is how the child starts a game on any tablet.
Link a home child
Paste the child’s play code on a pupil row. Or send home the join code and that child’s PIN — the parent links from there, and that PIN becomes the play PIN.
